Estimates & Pricing

Online estimates, including those produced by our instant estimator, are good-faith price ranges based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed on-site before work begins. Minimum service call is $189 for residential and $299 for commercial properties.

Scheduling & Weather

We work in most weather — light rain does not affect our pure-water cleaning results. We may reschedule in the event of high winds, lightning, or unsafe conditions, and will contact you promptly to arrange a new time.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Every job is backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you spot a streak or missed area within 48 hours of service, contact us and we will return to make it right at no charge.

Property Access & Condition

Please ensure we have access to the areas being serviced (gates unlocked, pets secured, fragile items moved from sills). We are not responsible for pre-existing damage such as failed window seals, cracked glass, or worn screens, but we will point out anything we notice.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g., commercial maintenance accounts). We accept major cards, checks, and electronic payment.

Liability

Glint Window Cleaning is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. Our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our work, up to the amount paid for the service in question.
